    J Castellano, founder of INNOCOS, has been working in the industry for over 20 years.    Beginning in the home fragrance sector, J parlayed his passion for fragrance into starting a niche perfume candle company. He studied perfumery and worked with many perfumers industry-wide to create fragrances for home fragrance and fine fragrance products.   His career expanded to included development of bath & body products and amenity programs and it became clear to him that skincare product development was his passion. Working with contract manufacturers and brands, he developed products in the bath & body and skin care sectors. His quest for technical knowledge led him to study cosmetic chemistry for several years.   Today J Castellano is a talented formulator specializing in high-performance skincare products; helping companies to develop superior  products. His formal education in business and many years leading product development have provided him with the experience and expertise to help others to successfully bring their new products to market.    He now offers consultancy and is an expert in product development from inception to commercialization. He considers himself fortunate to be thrilled and extremely passionate about his work in such a dynamic and exciting industry.
